Mediocre Stay. Some Issues Noted

The location was acceptable for exploring the area. That's about it.

I was frustrated that housekeeping didn't service my room , so I had to deal with stained bedding the whole time. The bathtub stopper was broken, a nuisance. Room service was advertised, but it was not available. They suggested ordering through a delivery app instead.

the staff was friendly and helpful with directions. the hotel has amazing artwork displayed throughout the lobby and rooms. valet parking was available making it easy to park my vehicle. i found the location central to many attractions.

i noticed the breakfast included only croissants , yogurt and hard boiled eggs. i would have preferred some additional options.

Artsy Stay With Attentive Service

convenient location excellent service room size

I loved the convenient location. Many restaurants and historical sites were a short walk away. The room size was very good and it suited my needs well. The staff was friendly. Their service was excellent and professional.

The light in the bathroom was quite dim making it difficult to apply makeup.

i received an upgraded suite . the artwork throughout the hotel added a sophisticated touch to the decor. the staff demonstrated attentiveness (always ready to help).

the fitness center lacked heavier weights and weight training equipment, which limited my workout options.
